So the column is already up. As I was writing this I remembered that episode of Modern Family when Jay's brother shows up and the two of them start giving each other nuggies like they're still in grade school.

My daughter learned to join right in with the rough-housing. Early on. When she was just a toddler, trying to figure out how to join in the tussling with her brothers and dad, she finally ran to the kitchen, grabbed a frying pan, and whacked my husband on the head with it, wearing a most triumphant expression on her face. She's never looked back since.
