what i did (with one hand) today

1. ate wings--many, many, many insanely many wings

2. watched the super bowl--i was pulling for my boyfriend, peyton manning, but you can't be sad the saints won

3. also watched a little bit of the sound of music due to the fact that i was too tired to change the channel--watching SOM with my son gave me a chance to observe that he should be very happy i never made him wear lederhosen made out of drapes

4. he agreed

HA!

Our children should be thankful for many things in this vein: we never called them with a whistle; we never dated a countess; we did not make them hide from Nazis. Our children are lucky.

Also I bet you never whistled at him like a dog OR make him sing and prance in the hills of....wherever. You're a good mom.

Sooo.... I'm probably not going to get a Cannon family picture with everyone wearing the antique-euro-drape outfits I fashioned with my little sewing machine?

I knew I should've bedazzled those outfits.

On a food note: We should eat wings together and compare piles of vulture-stripped remains.

p.s. sorry your boyfriend had an off day.

I wish I had something witty to add. My laughter will have to do.

HOWEVER, don'tcha wish someone would have made up a song about all the terrible things you do and sung it as you walked down the aisle?
