Re-launch for CHARLOTTE'S ROSE

Hey, guys, first thanks for your feedback about NaNoWriMo. I very much appreciate it. Not quite sure what I'm gonna do. I did remember that in the middle of the month, I will be blissfully visiting a new granddaughter in North Carolina, so that may influence my decision this year.

(MEMO TO JULIE AND DYLAN: hurry up and have that baby, okay?)

Meanwhile, I'd love to see you at the launch for CHARLOTTE'S ROSE if you're in the area--TKE (15h East and 15th South) on Saturday November 5 at 2:00.

Should be fun. The women at TKE know how to make a party happen!

Wish I could go to the re-launch. Good luck and congratulations.

Plus, I think visiting a new granddaughter is way more important than NaNo. You don't want to be stressing about word counts while your snuggling with a newborn.

I was thinking about you when I read about this... might help for next month.

My students are doing NaNoWriMo for the second time this year. I adore NaNoWriMo, and two students have gone ahead and self-published their books. So awesome. Our first time around, I published this: http://www.vnews.com/11232010/7337902.htm in our local paper about my students' writing. xo have fun!

I think you could probably still do NaNo (this is your friend the grandmother talking). So what if you have to take a few days off? or you don't get an every day word count? I say do it.

And also: so exciting about the baby! THE BABY!

And in conclusion, I have already pencilled in the Nov. 5 date in a big way in my calendar, aka my agenda, and you know what that means: I have an agenda, and it is YOUR BOOK LAUNCH!

I remember climbing quietly up your stairs to get a peek at a blissfully sleeping baby Dylan. I'm so excited for you to have a new granddaughter! Babies make me happier than anything else in the world.
